How do I register for the conference?
You can register for the conference online or at the door. Advance registration is strongly recommended as there will be a limited number of seats available the day of the conference. For more information, visit our registration page here.I want to help out. Are there any volunteer opportunities?

The closest subways:
The #6 train stops directly under the College at 68th Street station. There is an entrance to the College in the Subway station. Turn right upon exiting the turnstile and the entrance will be directly in front of you. The F Train stops at East 63rd Street and Lexington Avenue. After exiting the station, walk north on Lexington Avenue to East 68th Street. The College is located at the intersection of East 68th Street and Lexington Avenue.

No. We are unfortunately unable to provide housing or travel assistance. There are innumerable options to travel to and stay in NYC.I am traveling to the conference from outside NYC. I need train, airport, shuttle and/or lodging information.

Is food included in the registration price?
No. We are unfortunately unable to provide meals at the conference for attendees. Hunter College is located on the East Side of Midtown Manhattan and there are many local food options. A list of recommended eateries will be included in the conference program.
Will there be wi-fi available at the conference site?
Yes. The conference auditorium is wi-fi enabled and we will have a new media team on site providing live blogging and Tweet updates.
My organization is interested to co-sponsor the conference. Is it too late?
Never too late. We welcome additional co-sponsors. For more information, click here.
Are the conference and performance accessible to those with mobility or hearing challenges?
Both the conference and performance are accessible to those with mobility challenges, including those in wheelchairs. The conference space does not have assisted listening devices but we hope to have ASL interpretation and will have an update here by Sept. 26th about such services. The performance space does have assisted listening devices. Yes, Ustream has free Apps for the iPad, iPhone, and Android devices.
